Natasha Patel has served as a career counselor since 2005. Her work includes assisting professionals in reaching their potential at work, exploring their relationship to work, and focusing on career transitions.
As a former corporate professional, Natasha understands the role that a career can play in one’s personal life. She made her own fundamental shift from law to psychology and realized that our relationship to work is as important as our relationships with our spouses, family, and loved ones.
In consulting with her clients, Natasha begins with the individual and takes a person-centered approach,
with the goal that through this process you will discover the right job, position, or career that works for you. In addition to counseling and exploration, her practice includes interview preparation, resume critiques, and all the fundamentals that can accompany a strategic job search.
Natasha previously served as the Director of Columbia Law School’s Office of Career Services and Professional Development. She is certified to administer MBTI and Strong Interest Inventory assessments. She earned a Masters in Psychology from Columbia University and a law degree from University of California, Hastings College of Law.
